Children
Please do NOT bring children under ten years of age into the studio - it is vital for their safety - and our sanity.
*this includes booking in, consultations and tattoo appointments. Thank you!

Animals
We welcome service animals to our shop provided they are wearing their appropriate service gear. Sorry, no other pets allowed.

DEPOSITS and CANCELLATIONS

Deposits are NOT REFUNDABLE. If you have to cancel your appointment, give us at least 48 hours advance notice and we will credit your deposit to your new appointment.

If you do not give us notice and do not show up to your appointment, your deposit goes to your artist to help compensate them for their time. Minimum deposit is $50 for short appointments. Long appointments are $50 per hour booked.

We accept cash, debit, credit and e-transfers at the shop if you are booking in person.

General Booking/Rescheduling:

We do not book or reschedule appointments by email. Please call or pop by the shop. We are happy to guide you!

We do accept artwork and measurements to our email for tattoo estimates. You need an estimate in order to book a tattoo appointment - we need to figure out how much time to book you and how much it'll cost so please include a measurement with your artwork. Thank you!

If you would like one of our four talented artists to create something custom for you, or a cover up, or have a big project you want to get started on, please call us during shop hours to book a consultation. A consultation is a free half hour to sit down with your artist and discuss your tattoo visions! (art fee may apply, which your artist would discuss with you at the consultation, if applicable.)

If you want to book in, verify your appointment, have any questions, or you have to miss an appointment, please give us a call.

Each of our four artists has a cancellation list, so if you'd like to be on one, just let us know! We only take walk-ins when we have time, so being on our cancellation list is another great way to get lucky! ;)
